Playing Board Games Outside? Take Listerine with You!

I like to play a fun game of Chess, Checkers, or Mah Jong outside in the evening when the weather is warm; however, mosquitoes kept getting in the way of me having fun.
Wanted to share some interesting information I heard from a friend about mosquitoes.
She was at a deck party awhile back, and the bugs were having a ball biting everyone. A man at the party sprayed the lawn and deck floor with Listerine, and the little demons disappeared. Later, my friend filled a 4-ounce spray bottle and used it around her seat whenever she saw mosquitoes. And voila! It worked. No mosquitos. It worked at a picnic where we sprayed the area around the food table, the children's swing area, and the standing water nearby.
You can buy a large bottle of listerine for $2.00 while bug spray for a small bottle costs around $4.00 and only lasts about 30 minutes.
Now, those pesky mosquitoes don't bother me and I can enjoy playing Chess, Checkers, or Mah Jong outside again.
